5.4% of Logan County residents considered unemployed in 2021

Logan County recorded an unemployment rate of 5.4% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 666 people out of the 27,319 living in Logan County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Logan County has increased compared to the 4.7% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Logan County was greater than the statewide unemployment rate of 5.3%.

Of the 11,750 people who had a job during that time, 20 were employed in the Armed Forces and 11,730 belonged to the civilian labor force.
