Traffic impacts are expected for the annual Christmas Parade and Miracle on College Street Mile in downtown Bowling Green on Saturday morning, December 2. Staging areas will be restricted to parade traffic only as early as 6 a.m. and approaches to the parade route itself will close by 8:45 a.m.

    

See graphic for impacted areas and times.  Staging areas for the parade may be restricted to parade entries only as early as 6 a.m. and the approaches to the parade route itself will close by 8:45 a.m. The Miracle on College Street Mile race begins at 9 a.m., and the parade begins at 9:30 a.m. All routes should be clear and traffic flow resume to normal by 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 2.

Free public parking is available in the Justice Center and Paxton House lots, the downtown Stadium Park parking garage, BGMU lot and other locations on weekends. Some of these locations will be difficult to get to on Saturday morning due to staging for the parade, so plan to arrive early. View the downtown parking map to identify free and paid parking locations in and around downtown.
