Rep. James Comer, a U.S. Congressman representing Kentucky’s 1st district since 2016, has made several public statements on social media regarding recent developments in the Biden administration.

On July 14, 2025, Comer posted on his official X account: “@POTUS: “The autopen I think is maybe one of the biggest scandals that we’ve had in 50-100 years. Comer has represented Kentucky’s 1st District in Congress since replacing Ed Whitfield in 2016 and previously served in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2001 to 2012. Born in Carthage, Tennessee in 1972 and currently residing in Tompkinsville, Comer graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1993.
