On Saturday, March 8, former Logan County High School standout Emmerson McKinnis’ current college team, the Murray State Racers, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Akron Zips.
The game took place at Racer Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Zips this season.
The Racers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 3:30 p.m. at E.S. Rose Park against Belmont Bruins.
